Corn bread dressing

1 cp day old bread crumbs
1 qt crumbled fresh cornbread
1 cup crumbled fresh biscuits
½ cp chopped onion (¼ chopped green onions)
½ cp chopped celery
1/8 cp parsley
¾ tsp sage
½ tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 – 2 ½ cps of turkey or chicken broth
½ cp melted butter
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 boiled egg
Put onion, celery & parsley in one cup of broth and boil slowly for 5- 10 minutes, let cool. Combine all ingredients except broth, butter & eggs, toss well. Add broth, butter, & eggs mix well but lightly cook at 350 for 45 minutes
